Diebold Premier Services parts and labor coverage is available on all security solutions and includes inspection, troubleshooting, adjustment and replacement and/or repair of the alarm panel and accessories coverage under the terms of your agreement. Average response time for service to alarm equipment is four hours. While technicians are on site for any security service call, Performance Driven Preventative Maintenance (PDPM) is performed on all alarm devices currently under contract by Diebold to ensure proper functionality and increase uptime.
